3. Bank Voucher / IPS transfer of Rs. 500 in Kumari Bank, Dhangadhi Branch A/C no. 0280016504100001 or A/C no 0090104148701001 of Sunrise Bank, Dhangadhi Branch A/C No. in favor of National Academy of Science and Technology.

Note: 1. Formal Application form is required to fill at the time of admission. The form will be provided by the School. During admission, in addition to above documents Character / Transfer Certificate will be required at the time of admission. In case of foreign students; migration, equivalency and DEO’s certification are additionally required.
